18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice

This statement describes xRedPlay's compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, to the extent those requirements apply.

1. Age of Depicted Persons

All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available on the Site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the material was created. xRedPlay has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content depicting minors.

2. Records and Original Producers

xRedPlay does not itself produce the visual content displayed on the Site. With respect to all such content, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — verifying that every performer was an adult at the time of production — are maintained by the respective original producers of that content, who are the custodians of those records.

3. Directing Records Requests

Requests concerning age-verification records for a specific title should identify the exact URL of the material and be directed to us through our contact page. Where we are not the original producer, we will refer the request to, or provide available information identifying, the relevant producer.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you believe any content on the Site depicts a minor, or that a depicted person did not consent, report it immediately via our content removal or report page. We review such reports as a priority and remove violating content.
