Last updated: July 19, 2026
This page provides information in accordance with the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA), Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, which sets out transparency and accountability obligations for online platforms.
1. Point of Contact
xRedPlay provides a single point of contact for users and authorities. You can reach us for DSA-related matters through our report page.
2. Notice and Action
You may report illegal content through our reporting mechanisms. We review notices, act on valid ones, and notify affected parties of our decisions and the reasons for them, where required.
3. Content Moderation
We apply content policies to detect and remove illegal or policy-violating material. Moderation combines automated tools and human review. Where content is restricted or removed, we aim to provide a clear statement of reasons to the affected user.
4. Complaints & Redress
Users affected by a moderation decision may appeal through our internal complaint-handling system. You may also have the right to pursue out-of-court dispute settlement or judicial remedies under the DSA.
5. Transparency Reporting
We periodically publish information about notices received, content actioned, and average handling times, consistent with our obligations under the DSA.
6. Illegal Content & Trusted Flaggers
Notifications submitted by designated "trusted flaggers" are given priority. All users can help keep the platform safe by reporting content that violates the law or our policies.
